Fresh FlowerS Policy:
We want to make sure that the flowers we deliver to you are fresh and will last long. And because of this, we might have to replace some materials with fresher ones before delivery. These items may include flowers, fillers, or packaging. Before doing any replacements to your order however, we will contact you and let you know of these changes, if any. And rest assured, we will make sure you receive an arrangement of the same value or higher.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE DELIVERY DATES:
Please be advised that the calculated shipping fee only covers one delivery date. Ordering for multiple delivery dates is subject to a fee increase to cover the separate delivery cost. Our team will contact you for the additional fee sometime before dispatch.
